This dish was all made up of “soon to be waste”
Half a bag of Frisé & Maché mixsalad (5 SEK divided by 2)
50 grams of prosciutto crudo bought on sale in October 2019 (1 kilo was 99 so 5 SEK)
Mixed pepper “eat soon” for 10 SEK used 1/4
Sunflower seeds
Roasted onions
Yoghurt dressing with tarragon
Red balsamico
Olive oil

Probably under 15 SEK in total :ok_hand:
