Cancel an order

As a user, I want to cancel my order which I can’t pick up, so someone else can save the item.

Sometimes one knows in advance that he or she won’t be able to make the pick up, so from a food waste point of view it’s better to do a no refund cancel than a missed pick up.

Or maybe if the cancel is very much in advance the user could get some refund.


Agree with this one. Say if you’re cancelling 2 hours before your intended pick-up, or if there’s at least 2 hours left of pick-up time when you cancel it should refund.
